Looking back at 2016
Looking back at 2016
What a year it's been! Not only have we opened our second site - Makerversity Amsterdam - we’ve seen our London membership go from strength to strength, built entire new workshops and held a whole host of courses and events.
But whilst we were busy celebrating our first steps into mainland Europe, 52% of the UK voted out of the EU, and the US, well… they only went and Trumped us.
Somewhat fortunately, our own developments haven’t been quite as seismic, but we have been pretttttty busy. So politics aside, read on as we celebrate an amazing year at Makerversity.
Here’s to 2017!

We're really proud that Makerversity was chosen as one of 2016's 50 New Radicals. The accolade from The Observer and Nesta celebrates innovative projects that make a real difference to society. Others on the list included member Sarah Gold, Wayfindr and Techfugees.
It's been a blast. Big love to all involved and we look forward to more in 2017!
With love,
