Princes trust ‘get started’ programme
Every 6 months since almost the beginning of Makerversity’s existence, we have run hands on making workshops for 18-25yr olds in partnership with The Princes Trust. This year we ran two, one in Spring and one in Autumn - which you can read all about here and here.
The programmes focused on Sustainability and Product Design respectively and groups worked with our members who led workshops focused around different areas of design.

The Tyre Collective is a clean-tech start-up spearheading the capture and monitoring of tyre wear, accelerating the shift towards zero-emission mobility. In April 2022, The Tyre Collective was announced as one of four winners of the Terra Carta Design Lab.
AMPHITEX by AMPHIBIO is the first 100% recyclable chemical-free waterproof breathable textile made for the outdoor and sportswear apparel industry. In April 2022, AMPHITEX by AMPHIBIO was announced as one of four Terra Carta Design Lab winners.
